Why do we listen to Mr. Blackwell when he churns out his worst dressed list? Usually Britney Spears tops the list and while few can argue with that he has decided to give the pop wreck a break and goes after Mrs. David Beckham and her cleavage.

Posh gets the nod as the worst dressed for this year. Blackwell says that Victoria Beckham stepped out in "one skinny-mini monstrosity after another". "Forget the fashion spice, wearing a skirt would suffice! In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty Posh can really wreck-em," he said in a statement.

The cleavage popping Jessica Simpson also caught Blackwell's ire and not just for being a distraction to Tony Romo and the chances for the Dallas Cowboys to win the Super Bowl. She grabs the nod for eight place.

Showing how desperate he is to try to keep anyone caring about his list he also puts Eva Green on the list and instead of having train wreck Amy Winehouse at number one he placed Posh there so someone would care what the old man still thinks.

Mary-Kate Olsen came in third. Blackwell described her as "a tattered toothpick trapped in a hurricane". No argument there, she could have also earned a top spot. Checking in at number four was Fergie -- "Yes, when it comes to couture chaos, guess it's all in a name!"

His top 10 also includes Kelly Clarkson, Eva Green, Avril Lavigne, Lindsay Lohan and Alison Arngrim.

Paris Hilton Loses Vagina

Socialite and tabletop dancer Paris Hilton has lost her vagina. The heiress presented herself to the Cedars-Sinai emergency department in Beverly Hills in the early hours of Wednesday morning traumatised.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes having sex to have another baby?

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are reportedly struggling to conceive again.

The couple - who have a 20-month-old biological daughter Suri along with Tom’s adopted children, Connor, 12, and 14-year-old Isabella, with his ex-wife Nicole Kidman - are trying for a baby with no success and now allegedly plan to seek medical advice.

A source said: “Katie is so upset. They both really want another child but it just doesn’t seem to be happening. She says they have been trying since last summer. Tom and Katie have decided to go and see a specialist.”

Tom, 45, is reportedly desperate for another son so the couple are planning to visit Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center later this month for a consultation, according to Britain’s Now magazine.

Last year, 29-year-old Katie revealed she couldn’t wait to fall pregnant again.

The ‘Batman Returns’ actress said: “Yes I definitely want more children. We're having the best time, it's so amazing. We have so many kids in our house, there's always this wonderful chatter and this great noise of kids. Tom is a great father so it came as no shock when we had Suri he was amazing with the baby."

Tom has also made no secret of his love of parenthood, recently saying: “I wanted to be a father all my life. It is truly amazing.”

Keira Knightley's green dress in Atonement has been voted the best film costume of all time.

The silk gown took top spot in the poll by Sky Movies and In Style magazine, beating Marilyn Monroe's white dress from The Seven Year Itch and Audrey Hepburn's little black dress in Breakfast At Tiffany's.

Olivia Newton-John's tight leather trousers in Grease, Kate Winslet's blue gown from Titanic and Diane Keaton's tie and waistcoat in Annie Hall took the next three places.

The top ten was completed by Nicole Kidman's corset from Moulin Rouge, Liza Minnelli's fishnets and bowler hat in Cabaret, Cate Blanchett's gown in Elizabeth: The Golden Age and Vivien Leigh's lavish costumes in Gone With The Wind.
