Fergie 'i Won't Be Judging the X Factor'

Black Eyed Peas star Fergie has removed her name from the potential judges on Simon Cowell's new U.S. TV talent search the X Factor, insisting shewas never considering a permanent role on the show.

Recent reports have suggested Fergie, Mariah Carey and Jessica Simpson were in the mix to join music mogul Antonio 'L.A.' Reid on The X Factor panel; Carey will be a part of the show and Simpson has confirmed she is interested, but Fergie insists she won't be a judge when it launches in America this autumn (Sep11).

She says, "I think that it's a very committed job that you have to put your time into and I don't think I'm gonna have that much time, but I love Simon and I would love to do something like that. "It's right down my alley, but I just don't think I have enough time to give and I would want to give everything to those contestants".

Last week, we got to see Mariah Carey’s epic, naked pregnancy photo on the cover of Life & Style. Many criticized Mariah for giving (selling?) the photos of L&S, one of the most budget tabloids, but considering she also gave L&S the exclusive on the babies’ genders, I think Mariah probably has an existing relationship with someone at the mag or something. Anyway, this week’s gem comes via the British OK! Magazine - even more naked pregnant photos, this time with Nick feeling up his lady. Oh, Mariah. I LOVE YOU.

There are a few excerpts from the OK! Mag piece, and of course it’s all Mariah:

    Mariah says: “You can tell the personalities a bit. In viewing our ultrasounds, our boy is all ready like Nick, like, ‘Here I am, take my picture or don’t, and our girl is coyly facing the other way, like, ‘No pictures,’ waiting for a proper debut. I took some ultrasound footage of them in the womb that I think they’ll definitely find interesting later in life.”

Look, I know some of you might think these photos are cheesy and gross and weird and creepy and all kinds of wrong, but you know what? It’s Mariah, bitches. Pregnant singer Mariah Carey and her actor husband Nick Cannon have posed together nude in a series of photos which they plan to put up on the walls of their home.

Carey, 42, is due with twins May 14. But Cannon, 30, confessed he is not so sure it was a wise decision, reports usmagazine.com.

'My children are going to have to see these pictures. It's a little weird,' he remarked.

'It's a little nasty,' the 30-year-old continued. 'I mean, have you ever seen your parents naked?

'When they get older and their friends come over... they will see the pictures and say, "Your daddy's butt naked."'

The pop diva also recently tweeted a picture of herself with a butterfly painted on to her impressively-sized bump.

Mariah Carey almost had birthday babies! The singer rushed to the hospital last night because she started having contractions, but it turns out her twins weren't quite ready to make their debut.

She tweeted in the flurry of rushing to the ER: "really wanted 2 celebrate w/us/share the anniversary! I started having contractions last night..went 2 the hospital."

Ms. Carey later wrote: "They almost came on 3/27- happy anniversary in deed!!! We have a few more weeks 2 go but- wow!!!: ) #soreadyallready!"

(We'd like to note that Mariah's birthday is March 27, not her anniversary, but, hey, whatever!)

Her hubby Nick Cannon is gearing up for the birth of the babies, and is a little nervous about the big day. He tweeted last week: "I am probably going to faint in the delivery room! I need to man up! Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon are expecting twins at the end of next month, and they celebrated their impending new arrivals with a baby shower.

Pals including talk show host Piers Morgan, American Idol judge Randy Jackson and director Brett Ratner gathered at the Conservatory Grill at the Montage hotel last Sunday for the occasion, and the couple were thrilled by the generosity of their friends.

Mariah said: "I'd never been to a baby shower. This was my first one -- it was so festive!

"Nick and I were so grateful to everyone who came to celebrate with us. It was a night I will never forget."

Guests at the party were treated to Mariah’s own brand of champagne, Angel, and dined on gourmet pizzas and a selection of other delicacies.

The venue was decorated in pink and blue, with everything including balloons, flowers, napkins and even the waiters’ aprons decked out in the colors.

A six-foot long gift table was set up at the venue and filled with outfits, cuddly toys and books, with the couple singling out a specially-made gift from her fans as their favorite.

Mariah, 41, told the new issue of Life & Style magazine: "There was a lot of love in the room, and to top it off, fans from more than 50 countries sent well-wishes and stories in a book they made for our twins titled ‘Always Be My Babies,’ which was the sweetest gesture in the world.”

Mariah Carey was lavished with gifts during her baby shower at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills on Sunday, and she received an extra-special book created by her fans, whom she calls her "lambs."

Mariah -- who is expecting a twin boy and girl with husband Nick Cannon -- wrote on her website: “Still haven't really opened all the gifts but seeing so many people who came from all over the world to be there with us was the BEST gift we could ask for!

“The ‘Always Be My Babies’ 'Lamb Book' is definitely my new prized possession and I can't thank the Lambs around the world enough for your letters and well wishes.”

The book’s cover shows a blue and a pink baby carriage and has family photos of the singer and Nick. Inside are short letters and poems her fans have written to the babies.

Mariah, 41, added: "We so had a 'moment' in the middle of the shower when they presented the book to me and everyone thought it was the cutest, most thoughtful thing ever!

"It was the best moment of the night. I can't wait for the twins to read the messages and feel the love!"

Other gifts Mariah received included two giant stuffed giraffes, a pair of handmade chairs and a $2,000 custom-made bedding set for a crib.

Mariah Carey is expecting a boy and girl with her husband Nick Cannon, and her baby shower is being held at a Beverly Hills hotel on Sunday, hosted by her publicist Cindi Berger, her manager Louise McNally and Stefano Zagni of Angel Champagne.

According to website TooFAB.com, Mariah and her guests will be treated to some mouth-watering canapes and drinks while the gift registry for the shower includes a $2,000 custom-made bedding set for a crib, a $350 custom-made car seat cover and a $1,200 stuffed giraffe.

It was recently revealed Mariah, 41, had converted an entire section of her home into a nursery for her twins.

A source said: "Mariah and Nick have converted a whole wing of their Beverly Hills house into a luxury nursery.

"Mariah wanted 18-carat gold trim with ivory walls, soft furnishings and walk-in wardrobes full of Petit Tresor designer clothes.

"There's a top-of-the-range sound system and they'll each have diamond-encrusted iPods and a flatscreen TV that comes down from the ceiling."

Among the items the couple have splashed out on for their son and daughter are Chelsea sleigh cribs costing $2,200 each and a Clara changing table, which has a price tag of $2,800, while the nursery will also be furnished with $2,270 Glam Glider chairs for Mariah and Nick and a $1 million sofa.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's twins haven't been born yet, but the couple is already splurging on the little ones. Apparently they've turned a whole wing of their home into a fully equipped nursery with all the bells and whistles you can imagine.

A source said: “Mariah and Nick have converted a whole wing of their Beverly Hills house into a luxury nursery. It might seem over the top, but Mariah has waited a long time for her baby dreams to come true and she says the twins will be the most spoilt kids on the planet.”

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, who are expecting twins this spring, are having a boy and a girl, a source confirms. The best of both worlds, you could say!

The parents-to-be have been cautious about revealing too many details about the babies since the pair had a "long journey" to parenthood, Cannon said.

But he and Mariah Carey are preparing for the arrival of the twins' by "decorating and designing" the babies' nurseries – one in Los Angeles and one in NYC.

The parents-to-be are coming down the home stretch.

Meanwhile, Cannon says that his wife is in nesting mode, has been cooking up a storm and trying to stay active with daily swims. Stay healthy, Mariah Carey!

Mariah Carey has felt nothing but love from the public, ever since she announced her pregnancy to the world. The singer, who is expecting twins, with husband Nick Cannon says that people’s good wishes have been a huge boost to her during the pregnancy.

“Obviously I’m very thankful for this moment. Since Nick and I made our announcement, people have been very congratulatory.
“We didn’t really want to talk about this yet, but I’m in the public eye and really didn’t have a choice.

“So I’m just thankful I can go through this time and feel a lot of warmth. It’s restored my faith in people a bit.”

I’m so excited for these little ones to be born. For some reason I’m getting the feeling that they’re going to be tiny little diva babies! I can’t wait to see how Maria and Nick dress them once they’ve made their big arrival.

Mariah Carey shares that her pregnancy hasn’t changed her healthy eating habits, but it is changing her plans for the holidays. The mom-to-be shared with Extra that she and Nick won’t be ringing in the New Year in Aspen, as they have done in the past:

“I can’t go there this year because of the altitude,” she says. “We’re figuring it out. Looking at different options.”

Mariah shared that her eating habits have remained healthy so far:

My taste bud situation is unparalleled…” she says. “I don’t know what it is, but I’m just about fruit for some reason. It has to be really good for me to like it.”

Mariah reportedly slipped up and referred to her baby as “they”, which caused a flurry of rumors stating that she’s expecting twins. The singer didn’t do anything to confirm or deny it, simply saying:

“I’m not telling anyone!”

Good way to keep everyone guessing.
